Can You Change Boot Order Without Going Into Bios

  1. What is the exact issue y'all are facing with booting the operating organisation to desktop?
  2. What is the complete fault message/ fault code when you say:  diskette failure?
  3. Have y'all made whatsoever changes to the operating system prior to this upshot that might have resulted in this?

When I turn on I go - diskette bulldoze 0 seek failure

alert - organization battery voltage is depression

strike f1 central to keep f2 to run the setup utility.

The kicking sequence is -

1 onboard SATA hard drive

2     ".         or USB CD-ROM bulldoze

3.     ".         or USB floppy bulldoze (non nowadays)

four.      ".        IDE hard drive ( not present)

USB device non present.

I tin get onto pc past pressing the f1 key, just it but annoys me.

I have upgraded from XP to 7 and then from 7 to ten, merely it was doing this all along, fifty-fifty on XP

nosotros decided after many years to get this out just for our Grandson to practise his homework on, we practice accept laptops too.

Nosotros were quite surprised that it was even still working. Any help would  much appreciated.

Hullo depeeka

I just had a message from Microsoft to requite feedback for my question to yous. The reason being, information technology is still doing this, because every bit I explained, when we tried to take the battery out, the little bit of metallic that holds the battery broke, so irresolute the battery does not help because there isn't a connection this is why I wanted to no if I could take out the floppy disk out.
